I’m Lizzy Flores—a writer, truth-teller, and curator of spaces where Black women are free to be seen, heard and whole.

For most of my life, I shrank to fit. As I entered my 40s, I finally chose myself—and never looked back.

My Journey

At 40, I looked at my life and realized it wasn't where I wanted to be. Not emotionally. Not Spiritually.Not even creatively.

I started asking myself hard questions—and more importantly, I started answering them with honesty.

That’s when my journey began.
Not toward perfection, but toward alignment.

Since then, I’ve been choosing myself, one boundary, one truth, one brave moment at a time. And now, I create spaces to help other women do the same.
